Shipping Information

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) AWST. We do our best to ship orders on the day they are placed, however this cannot always be guaranteed.

Failed Delivery

823 takes no responsibility for delivery issues that arise as a result of customer error. These include incorrect postage addresses, multiple failed delivery attempts by the postage service or a failure to collect a package held by customs or the local post office in the allocated time. In these cases, a second delivery cost will be issued to the customer once the item has been returned to sender.

International Customs Duties

Customers are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from 823, the customer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Be aware that delays with delivery may arise if customs clearance procedures are required.


823 does not offer refunds on products if you change your mind.  We only offer a refund where a manufacturing fault is present. Customers are responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying 823 within 5 days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.  Items to be returned must be in perfect, original condition. 823 must receive the returned item within 10 days of Return Authorisation. Do not send any returns to 823 prior to speaking to a Customer Service staff by phone or email. You must be issued a Return Authorisation Number prior to sending any goods.  Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. For any returned items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping to both 823, and back to your postage address.  We strongly recommend using Registered Post as 823 will not be responsible for any items.
